The OHMI V-LINE
ESSENTIAL. ETERNALLY DESIRABLE.
The V-line describes the ideal contour of the lower face and conveys a sense of youth, fitness and lightness of the face. The OHMI V-LINE recreates what should be the naturally occurring V-line that has been lost to age or misfortune by repositioning & re-proportioning fat, muscle, and skin through the use of pharmaceuticals and energy-based technologies including ultrasound, radiofrequency, and light energies.
The OHMI LIFT
NO INCISIONS. NO SCARS. NO SURGERY
With age, the volume of the face descends to causing the appearance of smaller eyes, lines, and folds that create a tired, weathered appearance. The OHMI LIFT decreases the volume that has descended and lifts the volume back towards from where it came. The best part of the OHMI LIFT is that it requires no surgery meaning no incisions, no scars, and minimal downtime. Instead, via lasers, ultrasound, and/or radiofrequency treatments, the OHMI LIFT improves the contours, lines, and proportions of the face with minimal discomfort and recovery.
The DeJOWLING
SOMETIMES, LESS IS MORE.
Jowls (i.e. the droopy, sometimes fatty collections along the jawline) can be the result of genetics, age, or a combination of both and can result in unflattering facial shape and lines. In some cases, even without the drooping, the excess jowling is made obvious by the presence of marionette lines. While some marionette line form as a result of aging, others form are the result of excess jowl volume. At OHMI, we take great care in determining the cause of the issue before making treatment recommendations which may including jowl debulking, skin tightening or lifting.
VOLUME RESTORATION
AND SOMETIMES, MORE IS MORE.
Though most of us would like probably like to lose some fat in a place or two, sometimes, fat loss is undesired, especially in certain parts of the face. Facial fat pads, properly proportioned, can play important structural roles that contribute towards a more youthful facial shape and aesthetic. Small facial fat pads or fat pads that have been lost to time can result in a “hollowed out”-appearance that can convey a sense of poor health or premature aging. At OHMI, our preferred method of volume restoration is autologous fat grafting as it is the most natural form of volume restoration, conveys the most natural-appearing outcome, and provides an anti-aging effect not only through replacement of facial fat but also through the anti-aging effects of the natural-occurring stem cells found in the grafted fat.
